Meghan Sullivan counsels clients on complex commercial litigation, intellectual property and employment disputes. She has extensive experience with all stages of litigation, including fact and expert discovery, motions practice, settlement negotiations and trial. She has represented clients in a broad range of civil litigation in federal and state court, including securities litigation, intellectual property disputes, complex contract disputes, and employment litigation.
Prior to joining Zeisler PLLC as Counsel in January 2016, Meghan worked as an associate at Latham & Watkins LLP and Satterlee Stephens Burke & Burke LLP.
Meghan was a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Benson Everett Legg in the United States District Court for the District of Maryland. She was also a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Lois Bloom in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
Meghan earned her undergraduate degree (A.B., ’01) in History cum laude from Princeton University, a Masters of Philosophy in International Peace Studies (M. Phil. ’02) from Trinity College in Dublin, Ireland, and her law degree (J.D. ’05) from the Columbia University School of Law, where she was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and a member of the Columbia Law Review.
